Care and Returns
We store all our suits, dresses and skirts in their own garment bag hung on a rack in a dry secure workroom.
All of our items are professionally cleaned and inspected for any damage or general wear and tear in between hires to ensure each little cherub recieves top notch garments in the luxury condition they deserve for the special day.
If you do encounter any issues (eg buttons falling off etc) during your hire period, we do request that you let us know as soon as possible so we can remedy the situation for any other little cherubs who may be waiting to hire the item after you.
If you have a super rough and tumble kid and are concerned about any destructive tendencies, we do offer an insurance fee of $10 which covers any damage, stains, buttons, rips etc. If you chose to forego the insurance fee, you will be liable for any damage caused and may be required to pay the full replacement amount on any items damaged during your hire period. This is listed in the terms and conditions which you agree to upon payment.
